McGonagall’s endeavours to source local produce wherever possible. Our Chefs work closely with our suppliers to serve you the freshest quality ingredients from within Scotland. The beef we proudly serve is Aberdeen Angus, our fish is sourced from Highland Fish and our bread is from a local bakers only a few hundreds yards away.

Our steaks are lightly seasoned and cooked on our Char-Grill.  They are served with tomato, garlic buttered mushrooms &come with your choice of chips or potatoes.

All dishes can be adapted to suit your dietary requirements.

  • Upon arrival I was greeted with smile, and things only went up from there. I tried two dishes, both were well presented and flavoursome, and very much enjoyed. Great experience all around.

  • This is the second time we have been here and definitely not the last. Jenny and Sam the waitresses were brilliant and the steaks were cooked to perfection yet again. Just a pity there was no T-Bone steak left. It just means we'll have to go back again!!! Thanks to all the staff!
